If you're looking to spend time with some good people... men and women...becoming a Habitat volunteer may be just the ticket.  You’ll find a group of down-to-earth people who want to help others. Some are skilled carpenters, electricians, and other tradesmen. Most learn building skills from other volunteers on the job. All come to Habitat because they want to be part of a ministry making a demonstrable difference in the lives of low income working families.
No experience is required. It’s a great way to learn building skills. Knowledgeable supervision is provided. Volunteers are needed for: "He will not forget your work or the love you have shown Him, as you have helped His people and continue to help them." Hebrews 6:10 |
